GEOINT
Credence's provides GEOINT expertise to support the Planning and Direction, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis Production and Dissemination (PCPAD) of collected imagery intelligence data within the DCGS program. We provide extensive expertise in the development and implementation of standards related to geographic information, metadata, geography, GML, application schemas, schema implementation & registries. With their deep understanding of OGC data and web service standards, we guide development efforts in the effective use of standards to achieve mission capabilities with agile standards, as applicable. We enable the fusion of data sources, which reduces exploitation timelines while disseminating higher quality intelligence products to support Combatant Commanders' intelligence priorities. The GEOINT also processes and exploits Full Motion Video (FMV) imagery and Moving Target Indicator (MTI) data from various high and medium altitude platforms.
SIGINT
Credence provides SIGINT expertise to provide integrated and interoperable national and airborne reconnaissance by delivering quality, fused SIGINT tailored to the warfighter. We provide program management and engineering expertise to rapidly integrate new capabilities and sustain the current operational baseline, while reducing lifecycle costs. We guide development efforts in the effective use of standards to achieve mission capabilities with agile standards. We perform trade studies and the analysis and evaluation of SIGINT, Electronics Intelligence (ELINT), ISR, and radar concepts and capabilities. Credence is capable of developing an operational view, technical standards view, and system and services view for architectures using applicable DoDAF standards.
MULTI-INT
Credence supports the Multi-Int expertise to help Multi-Int ACAT's mission to provide Open Architecture-based Enterprise Services through the development of the Multi-Intelligence Correlation and Fusion (MICF) Capability Bundle, which facilitates enterprise-wide collaboration and intel production. We provide critical support to the upgrading and deployment of various communication, datalink, and situational awareness assets. We provide subject matter expertise in the development and implementation of standards related to NSG GEOINT standards geographic information, metadata, geography, GML, application schemas, schema implementation & registries, and OGC data & web service standards to support the data sharing operations across the NSG/ASG community.
Forward Processing Exploitation & Reconaissance (FPED)
Credence provides systems integration and deep ISR domain expertise to the FPED system. The FPED system is a deployable Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) system designed for the processing, exploitation, & dissemination of National, Tactical, Full Motion Video (FMV), and Wide Area Motion Imagery (WAMI) sensor data. Leveraging our in-depth knowledge of the GEOINT, SIGINT, and MULT-INT program, we are helping the FPED program rapidly transform functions within the intelligence process to maximize analysts' efficiency and effectiveness on this task. We work with senior command leadership and the program management office to develop a product roadmap to migrate the FPED program to the cloud. This includes using AI/ML algorithms to discover new information by performing object detection and imagery-to-text captioning from multidomain ISR data sources.

ISR Intelligence Analysis
Credence provides comprehensive intelligence analysis to support ISR assets and capabilities in the USAF AOR. We bring expertise in multiple intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, and OSINT, and are trained in techniques such as PED, PCPAD, targeting, fusion, collection, production, and planning. By utilizing these techniques and disciplines, we are able to provide actionable intelligence to support operational planning and deployment/redeployment concepts. Credence ensures that our customer receives comprehensive support for the deployment and coordination of CAF and Unified Command forces worldwide, across all levels of conflict.
Open-Source Intelligence
Credence provided intelligence support to the National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Branch, Defense Combating Terrorism Center (DCTC) to identify state/non-state actor use of occupied and previously occupied medical facilities and entities, and to track and assess terrorism, terrorist groups, and non-state actors with intent to acquire, develop, produce, or use chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons or materials. We supported mission critical activities to support joint targeting, pandemic warning, and identification of other CBRN health threats. We also provided geospatial intelligence analysis and produced finished intelligence reports and supporting graphics for specific targets and area analyses.
Intelligence Analysis, Investigation & Targeting
Credence manages investigative programs for the FBI Criminal Investigative Division targeting financial, violent, organized, and drug-related crime, public corruption, civil rights violations, and international corruption. Credence conducts case file reviews and analytical support for investigations, including international and multi-jurisdictional cases. We analyze money laundering techniques transnational organized crime uses and supports large-scale investigations. Credence adapts to new and emerging software analysis tools and achieves proficiency in their use. We compose reports and visual illustrations to support analytical findings, generate leads and target packages for investigative action, collaborate in producing intelligence reports, develop comprehensive targeting packages, and identify trends and subjects engaging in criminal activity.
Mission Assurance & Critical Infrastructure
Credence provided mission assurance and critical infrastructure support in National Guard Reaction Force and Non-Lethal Weapons areas to support the overall objectives of the DOMOPS Directorate. The NGB also required program support for its Chemical Biological Radioactive Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise through its composite parts, such as the Homeland Response Force and Civil Support Team. We ensured that Guard leadership is given the situational awareness necessary to fulfill the NGB DOMOPS mission. In addition to providing shared situational awareness of DOMOPS to NGB senior leadership, we performed gap analysis, threat analysis, and picture analysis and monitors databases.
Cyber Intelligence Support
Credence provides advanced Cyber Intelligence support for DOD and IC agencies, leveraging relevant information from open and classified sources to identify and analyze emerging cyber threats and intrusions. We conduct web-based research on the Darknet, Deep Web, and other information sources, and gathers classified APT intelligence to provide event and threat correlation, trend analysis, proactive adversary infrastructure identification, and strategic security-focused consulting and analysis. We assist in the automation of IOC collection and implementation, generating intelligence reports and delivering them to the community. We also conduct analysis of mobility reports to identify application vulnerabilities on government-furnished mobile devices and works collaboratively with support elements to test and evaluate solutions to meet program objectives.
Platform Integration
Credence provides comprehensive Weapon System Platform Integration services, enabling the integration of complex systems and technologies across multiple platforms for optimal system performance and enhanced operational capabilities.
Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN)
Credence provided engineering services to support the development, integration, and deployment of C4IT systems for the U.S. Coast Guard. We provided legacy system support services to ensure that core technology personnel, field technicians, depot-level technicians, and system users could effectively use and maintain existing systems. We also offered transformation and modernization support services to help the Coast Guard upgrade and improve their systems over time. All of these services were aimed at supporting the Coast Guard's mission of enhancing navigational safety and supporting various missions through the use of electronic systems on Coast Guard cutters and boats.
Radar System
Credence is responsible for systems engineering and integration for the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JTARS) program to ensure continued operation and maintenance of a system with managed risk, including collecting and analyzing service use and maintenance data, analyzing safety hazards and failure causes, and developing required design changes. We provide aircraft avionics subsystem expertise to support the program office in evaluating the aircraft integration approach and ensuring the viability of the weapon system design. We provide in-depth technical support to the program office, assessing the viability of the weapon system design and ensuring airworthiness and performance requirements are met. We support technology refreshment, technology insertion, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Materiel Shortages (DMSMS) efforts and participate in Supply Support Integrated Product Team (SSIPT) activities.
U-2 Platform
Credence provides integrated program management and systems engineering to advance U-2 platform initiatives. Our highly specialized team supports AFLCMC/HBGA in identifying, acquiring, developing, and integrating advanced intelligence, cyber, and classified solutions for the Air Force, DoD, and National Agencies. We provide capabilities such as creating/enhancing a Common Operating Picture, mobile networking and communication requirements, USAF cryptographic operations advancement, and tactical edge sensing, identification, attribution, and sharing. Our SMEs provide support to draft, validate, research, and field new capabilities on the U2 platform and ensure they are integrated into Combat Air Force planning and execution processes.
H-65 Helicopter
Credence provides Systems Engineering Services to the Short-Range Recovery (SRR) Division at the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to support the development, production, and sustainment of the MH-65E and MH-65D aircraft. Our experienced team of professionals offers a range of engineering services, including analysis, research, design, development, integration, and testing, to ensure that the aircraft meet required airworthiness and reliability. We advise on technical feasibility, certification, sustainment, and delivery issues pertaining to SRR division to ensure and works closely with the SRR Division to ensure the successful execution of the programs and the delivery of functional, airworthy SRR assets to field operators.
Nuclear Command, Control and Communication (NC3) Integration
Credence provides Systems Engineering and Integration expertise to support the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center's Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Integration Directorate (AFNWC/NC). We provide support related to the planning, development, and sustainment of NC3 Weapon System (WS), a system of systems comprising numerous air-to-air, air-to-ground, and space-based components that ensure connectivity between the President and nuclear forces. The NC3 PEO portfolio consists of 26 programs that integrate over 60 individual nuclear command and control communications systems.

Software Assurance for Embedded Systems
Credence provides a full spectrum of Cyber Security services to support the U-2 program, which relies heavily on Multi-Level Security for complex software and system interconnectivity to perform its mission. To prevent adversaries from discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities, it is critical to ensure that system designs are optimally designed, robust, and resilient to cyber-attacks. Credence uses a range of monitoring tools to identify and isolate potential weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and threats. By providing proactive risk management and monitoring services, Credence ensures the U-2 program achieves and maintains an appropriate security posture, operational continuity, confidentiality, availability, and integrity of its systems, software, and data.
Cyber Security Support for PIT Systems
Credence is currently providing comprehensive cybersecurity support to the United States Air Force (USAF). We provide Platform Independent Technology (PIT) C&A support, executing the cybersecurity Risk Management Framework, and conducting cybersecurity site audits to support final approval for IATT and/or ATO. We manage, plan, document, and conduct independent verification and validation of Information Assurance requirements for aircraft systems, develop PIT policy support, and modify cybersecurity, AT, and SCRM course materials for learning courses. Our expertise and experience make them well-equipped to provide effective cybersecurity support to the USAF for their PIT systems.
Cybersecurity Operational Test & Evaluation
Credence provides a comprehensive range of cybersecurity services to support USCG weapon systems and operations, including HC-27J Missionization, LRS-MPA, MRS-MPA, MRR, SRR, sUAS Scan Eagle, NSC, OPC, FRC, PIB, R21 WR, R21 AK, MISLE, and C4ISR. Air Force Space Command Cybersecurity and Information Assurance
Credence provides Cyber Security and Information Assurance services to support the Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) in its mission of securing Space Mission Systems. We provided cybersecurity analysis of system certification and accreditation plans, analyzing system security plans and providing advice on mitigation strategies, and coordinating with the AF Cross Domain Solution Office (CDSO) to complete cybersecurity risk assessments. In addition, Credence prepares documentation and briefings, provides expert recommendations to support risk management decisions, and manages and maintains the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Cybersecurity Program. Overall, Credence plays a vital role in ensuring that systems are properly certified and accredited, and that risks are mitigated effectively to protect the AFSPC's critical infrastructure.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) in United States Air Force Pilot Training

Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality
Credence uses gaming, 3D immersive/VR, and IoT technologies to deliver cutting-edge training and simulation solutions for C-130 aircraft, supporting the AFSOAWC's mission. We leverage IoT technologies including wearable headsets, head-mounted displays, controllers, joy sticks, spatial sensors, base stations, cameras, and accelerometers. Using the HTC Vive platform, we create a consistent and repeatable learning environment, enabling students to train safely. Our VR environment uses rich 3D visuals, spatial audio, and haptic handheld controllers to simulate real-world events. We use gamification techniques to create an engaging learning experience, and capture student progress using VR hardware sensors. Our innovative design analysis engineering approach accelerates product development, driving an innovative environment to support AFSOAWC's mission.
Training and Instructional Systems Design
Credence provides comprehensive training and instructional design services to support the USAF’s Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Full Motion Video (FMV) Training program. We are responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering standardized Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) training, as well as providing in-residence Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Initial Qualification Evaluations (IQE) for the DCGS enterprise. Our team of experienced instructors works closely with DCGS FTU to provide scenario development expertise that creates operationally relevant virtual training environments for the Simulated Operations Center (SOC). Additionally, we provide support for student instruction, training exercises and scenarios, system integration, student scheduling, and security oversight, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive and tailored training solutions.
Training Instruction Support
Credence provides comprehensive aircrew instruction services, meeting applicable Department of Defense (DoD), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and Air Force Instructions (AFI) to ensure proficiency and qualification standards are met. Our services cover a range of training needs, including preparatory courses, initial qualification, transition, upgrade qualification, key staff, continuation, and refresher courses. We ensure syllabi tasks are 100% complete within the specified time and complete the Aircrew Graduate Evaluation Program (AGEP) in accordance with relevant instructions and training syllabi. Additionally, we utilize up-to-date air traffic control services and radio calls and provide support for the Critique Program. Our experienced instructors support the AFSOC Instrument Refresher Course and provide instruction for Night Vision Devices and aircraft radios, datalinks, and other cryptographic radio devices in assigned training devices.
