Revolutionizing decision-making and operational efficiency with Cutting-edge AI/ML Solutions to solve the toughest challenges.

At Credence, we are committed to leading the digital transformation revolution by leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. We collaborate closely with our clients to develop and implement tailored solutions that are engineered for secure, efficient, and sustainable outcomes. Our innovative approach allows us to address the toughest challenges head on by using AI/ML to enhance decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Intelligence Analytics

Credence offered advanced intelligence analysis tools for the Defense Intelligence Agency using AI/ML techniques such as NLP, entity recognition, relationship extraction, recommender systems, and automatic summarization. We also provided data extraction and visualization tools and expertise in software engineering, system integration, database administration, web services, and data services. Credence used Hadoop/MapReduce, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL for data management and Apache Spark’s Mllib for machine learning prototyping. The platform was well-equipped to provide valuable insights into the DIA.

Natural Language Processing

Credence is leveraging NLP techniques, including custom and open-source language dictionaries, to train NLP models to translate documents from a variety of dialects. Additionally, we use optical character recognition (OCR) to convert handwritten and poor resolution documents into machine-readable text, which the NLP models then translate. By using these technologies, we are able to reduce the time and effort required to process and interpret documents, thereby shortening the decision-making curve and allowing for a greater volume of valuable information to be collected within shortened timeframes.

Predictive Analytics

Credence delivers AI/ML capabilities using machine learning algorithms including optimization, simulation, deep learning, classification, clustering, anomaly detection, text mining, OCR, NLP, topic modeling, and NER for the USAF. We utilize an expansive suite of tools including Python, Keras, Tensorflow, Spacy, R Shiny, Anaconda Superset, Knime, Tableau, Kibana, and elastic search for data presentation and visualization of complex “big data” analysis. Additionally, we perform database development and management for NoSQL and RDBMS databases, such as Postgres, Hadoop, Couchbase, MongoDB, Greenplum, etc.

Computer Vision

Credence leverages AI/ML algorithms to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the AF DCGS program, designed for processing and exploiting National, Tactical, Full Motion Video, and Wide Area Motion Imagery sensor data. With our expertise in GEOINT, SIGINT, and MULT-INT domains, we integrate computer vision capabilities to transform functions within the intelligence process. Our solutions include a cloud migration product roadmap and AI/ML algorithms for object detection and imagery-to-text captioning from multidomain ISR data sources.

Anomaly Detection

Credence developed an advanced AI-based anomaly detection application for fraud detection which was used for scanning items in a DoD Enterprise eCommerce system with over 86 million products and thousands of suppliers. The modernized architecture implemented with AI/ML and self-healing capabilities increased database performance tenfold and reduced costs by over $3 million. By leveraging these advanced technologies, Credence’s applications could detect and prevent fraudulent activities, ensure vendor compliance, and reduce potential losses for the Government.

AIOps

Credence developed an AIOps architecture for AWS resource usage monitoring and management for DLA. The architecture used trained GAN models and an expert system for predictive analysis of resource usage and time series data anomalies. GAN models were trained for each metric of interest per service using CloudWatch data. The expert system determined whether current or predicted resource usage warranted action and took appropriate action, including alerting administrators or automatically reprovisioning resources. The AIOPs architecture helped minimize costs and maximize resource utilization.
