October 18, 2019 – Credence successfully accelerated the migration of the second application, CLS, under the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA’s) Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) hosting support contract. CLS provides Enterprise-wide support for clause selection for the creation of solicitations and contracts. The primary function of this service is to allow for consistent inclusion of provisions and clauses into procurement documents. The goal of CLS is to improve the integrity of contracts developed by providing a centralized, web-based, intelligent business logic clause-generating service. By using the provision of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) cloud computing resource, collaborating with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Credence migrated CLS to the AWS GovCloud environment two and a half months ahead of schedule.
