Shiferaw joined Credence in 2014 as a project accountant in a department that had only two other employees. She now oversees our entire accounting operation and leads a team that has grown to 17 as Credence’s revenue soared from $21M in 2014 to more than $500M. Shiferaw holds a Master of Business Administration from the James Madison University School of Business and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University.

Gallagher has been with Credence since 2016, and under her guidance, the finance department has helped steer Credence through a period of 600% growth. As part of her leadership of the finance team, Gallagher has managed some of our largest contract transitions, including the startup of a $900M project for the USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance that required hiring and onboarding nearly 500 employees in four weeks. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Cal State Fullerton and just earned her Master of Business Administration from the James Madison University School of Business.

In this effort, we will continue to provide the CSpOC with systems integration, configuration management, mission systems sustainment, and test support within the CSpOC Capabilities Integration Office (CCIO). Our team employs efficient and mission-critical agile acquisition methodologies, interfacing with HQ Space Operations Command (SpOC), multiple System Program Offices (SPOs), the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC), and Test Squadrons/Organizations as the focal point for system/mission capability expertise. We will expand upon our training role supporting the 55 CTS–developing courses with mission-ready instructors for Initial, Mission, and Instructor Qualification Training in addition to exercise support.

Additionally, within the VAST, our team provides Integrated Test and Evaluation support utilizing the Mission Integration Enclave supporting Space C2 development efforts. Finally, our team provides executive-level protocol support to the CFSCC, building capacity through relationships with partner nations’ militaries, civil, and commercial entities to achieve combined force objectives. Our team’s subject matter expertise will allow the Space Force to continue its work in staying ahead of the challenges faced in an increasingly complex space domain.

Under the contract, we will use the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model to develop all aspects of the AFSOC’s courseware, including instructor guides/student guides, progress check questions, exams, presentations, and front-end analysis, while also providing graphic, interaction, emulator, and Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality training support.

The team will work with the Director of Courseware, military leadership, and civilian instructors to provide more than 2,000 lessons to the Air Force, and we look forward to continuing to support the needs of this elite, highly trained command.
