June 24, 2024 — Credence is pleased to be one of the large business awardees on the FBI’s Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation (ITSSS-2) Blanket Purchase Agreement. With an estimated value of $8 billion, the contract vehicle to provide IT and support services to the FBI and other Department of Justice components is the largest ever established by the FBI.

Credence currently supports several crucial functions within the FBI, including public affairs, congressional affairs, and resource planning within the Executive Offices of the FBI Director. We are also providing continuous cybersecurity, network defense, and information assurance services on the FBI’s public information and crime tip gathering websites, in addition to cybersecurity support to the DOJ’s Federal Bureau of Prisons and the U.S. Marshals Service.

We look forward to responding to upcoming opportunities under ITSSS-2 to help the FBI meet its technical support service needs.

March 18, 2024 — As one of the top performing teams in the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Artificial Intelligence Tech Sprint, Credence is excited to present our solution to help prevent burnout among healthcare workers in the competition’s final phase.

Credence is moving forward with its speech-to-text solution that will record notes for both the healthcare provider and the patient and then upload clinically relevant selections to the patient’s medical file and VA databases. Credence’s deepAccess generative AI platform also enables search, analysis, and interpretation of this data with a secure, fully enclosed solution.

AI has the potential to lift an enormous administrative burden off healthcare providers, giving them more time each day to focus on patient care instead of paperwork. Credence to Support USAID’s Lifesaving Humanitarian Assistance Work Under $898.7M Award

November 3, 2023 — Credence is pleased to announce it has been awarded the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance Support Contract (BHASC). This $898.7 million award from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will provide crucial 24/7 acquisition and assistance, operational, technical, and information support services to the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) as it carries out its mission to save lives, alleviate human suffering, and reduce the physical, social, and economic impact of rapid- and slow-onset disasters around the globe.

USAID leads the U.S. government’s international development and humanitarian efforts, and Credence is proud to continue our long relationship with USAID to support its work to improve the health, stability, and security of people around the world.

Credence Awarded Unrestricted Contract Under VA’s $60.7B T4NG2 Program

October 31, 2023 — Credence is honored to announce it has been awarded one of the small handful of Unrestricted awards on the $60.7B Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation Two (T4NG2) program. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract will support the VA and other federal agencies with IT services centered on health care and the well-being of our nation’s veterans. With a large percentage of veterans in our workforce, we are grateful for their service to our company and to the nation, and we are honored to continue our support to veterans through future T4NG2 tasks.

Under T4NG2, Credence can support tasks that include program management, strategy, enterprise architecture and planning; systems/software engineering; software technology demonstration and transition; test and evaluation; independent verification and validation; enterprise network; enterprise management framework; operations and maintenance; cybersecurity; training; IT facilities; and other solutions.

Credence Awarded AF VAULT SME Support Contract

January 25, 2023 — Credence is excited to be one of seven (7) awardees selected to support the AF VAULT SME support contract.

The purpose of this contract is to obtain contracted Visible Accessible Understandable Linked Trusted (VAULT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) support. The SMEs will advise on and/or perform data preparation and architecture, development of agile algorithmic solutions, evaluate and/or execute data governance and data maturity models, and conduct data analytics by using state-of-the-art mathematical and machine learning/artificial intelligence techniques and other data analytic lines of research/effort as defined in the SAF/CO Strategic Plan, Data Services Reference Architecture, and Data For A Digital Air Force. This requirement is derived from the SAF/CO mission directive mandating the CDO and the broader Air Force community utilize data as a strategic asset. The Air Force Chief Data Officer’s primary role is to ensure that timely high-quality data is available to internal and external stakeholders to fulfill mission requirements.

Services and deliverables include Data Analytics as a service in the following categories: Data Acquisition, Preparation & Architecture, Agile Algorithm Solutions, Data Governance, Data Analytics, and Data Environment Development.

All task order requests under $25M shall be routed, coordinated, and approved by the Contracting Officer Representative. All task order request over $25M shall be made through and approved by SAF/CO prior to submission to AFDW/PKS for solicitation and award.

Credence Awarded FBI Contract to Support Offices of the Director

August 11, 2022 — Credence is pleased to announce a new Unrestricted contract with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to continue and grow its support for numerous functions within the Executive Offices of the Director (EOD), including public affairs, congressional affairs, and resource planning.

Notably, the contract builds on Credence’s work on the digital platforms the FBI relies on to share information with the public, including its website and social media program, and some of the systems that support its daily work to protect the American people. We are also providing continuous cybersecurity, network defense, and information assurance to provide EOD with both predictive and continuously improving detection, response, and intrusion prevention tools.

Credence Awarded Unrestricted DLA Contract to Continue Migration of Systems to Cloud

August 1, 2022 — Credence is honored and excited to continue supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in the form of the Enterprise Sourcing, Medical and Contingency (ESMC) Portfolio Hosting Support contract. This award under the DLA J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) contract advances critical capabilities for DLA, and provides innovative technical and cloud solutions for multiple enterprise-level mission critical and mission essential applications.

Credence will support DLA’s programs such as Defense Automated Addressing System (DAAS) and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), alongside technology partner Amazon Web Services (AWS), in both DoD Impact Level (IL) 5 and 6 approved hosting facilities. This continues Credence’s unique status as one of the elite few companies successfully migrating and managing applications in GovCloud and Secret AWS Regions for the DoD.

Credence will be responsible for the critical applications within the ESMC portfolio including FedMall, the DAAS, Joint Contingency Expeditionary Services (JCXS), the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and several others. June 10, 2022 – Credence is honored and excited to announce that we have received an $800M OASIS Pool 1 Unrestricted task order award from USAID in the form of the Global Health Training, Advisory, and Support Contract (GHTASC). The Bureau for Global Health (GH) is the lead in responding to USAID’s global health programming with a focus on preventing child and maternal deaths, controlling the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and combating infectious diseases. This task order will support these strategic programs through institutional support and workforce development services from junior, mid-level, senior, and expert advisory professionals. Credence will provide strategic, adaptive, and agile workforce planning, management, and professional development in responding to changing U.S. foreign assistance priorities and emerging global health threats. Performance will occur in both Washington, D.C. and USAID missions overseas. This monumental award continues building on Credence’s existing partnership with the Bureau for Global Health through the Global Health Technical Professionals (GHTP) program. Credence wins EPASS HQ AFMC A&AS Contract at Wright-Patterson AFB

May 25, 2022 — Credence is excited to announce a recent award to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command (HQ AFMC). This large win will add to our already significant presence at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio and is our 10th EPASS project award under the OASIS Small Business contract. Credence’s support of HQ AFMC will include cross-cutting and surge support, providing Air Force organizations with a broad range of professional acquisition, engineering, scientific, research, and financial, capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of aircraft research, development, production, and life cycle acquisition and sustainment activities. Our teams work will ensure efficient and effective depot maintenance planning support, logistics data management, IT hardware and software management, nuclear weapons-related material (NWRM) acquisition management, and nuclear integration support for the HQ AFMC Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) and Process Management Division (HQ AFMC/PKQ). Our team will provide a variety of products and analysis services in support of HQ AFMC mission to develop, deliver, and sustain agile war-winning capabilities.
